About Untapped Potential Coaching
Our Story
Untapped Potential Coaching began 21 years ago when I started teaching at a local Primary School. Since then I have taught full-time at both primary and secondary levels and in the local and international systems offered in Trinidad.
In 2011, tutoring became my full-time career, allowing me to fully dedicate myself to education. Over the years, I’ve built a team of expert tutors to ensure that students receive the support they need to excel.
Our commitment to student success has yielded outstanding results.
Notably, in 2024, despite challenging national and regional outcomes, Untapped Potential Coaching achieved a remarkable 100% pass rate in both SEA and CSEC exams, a testament to the hard work of our students and the effectiveness of our approach.

At Untapped Potential Coaching, our programs for Forms 4 and 5 are designed to build confidence and ensure students achieve top marks in their CSEC exams. Our core method across all subjects focuses on mastering content through intensive past paper practice, developing sharp exam strategies, and providing full support for the SBA. We guarantee all our programs are always up-to-date with the latest syllabus changes.
